Nicole was so wonderful to work with. Communication was so easy. I had rebooked our family session due to last minute plans and Nicole was very understanding and moved the date with not an issue. She also was very generous and thoughtful when I had booked a winter mini session for my parents who were here visiting but due to flu season they were unwell the whole time and we had to cancel their session and Nicole was so understanding and had offered to put their deposit towards our shoot, which was so kind as she didn’t have to do that at all!
